In matters related to personal data protection, you may contact the Controller at the address: rodo@adavate-it.com

We will process your personal data for the purpose of traditional or electronic correspondence in connection with the sent inquiry or ordering a free consultation.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

1.  The user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) resulting from user contact via website and desire to receive electronically information on the      topic of interest

2.  Our legitimate interest of Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to your inquiry as well as informing you about our activities and promoting our products and services,

3. After the communication with the user is completed- the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in archiving the communication, to fulfill the requirement of accountability and for the purpose of defending against potential user claims.

The personal data submitted via the contact form and other communication channels will be processed for the duration necessary to facilitate communication, archive it for the purpose of managing mutual relations or to ensure defence against possible claims.

Depending on the situation, this data may include: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and any other information contained in the message content.

Recipients of personal data are providers of postal services, hosting, IT services, with whom we have entered into relevant data processing agreements in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

According to the GDPR, you are entitled:

a) to withdraw consent to processing (without affecting the legality of previous processing)

b) to access your data and receive its copy

c) to correct your data

d) to remove your data, restrict its processing, or file an objection against its processing

e) to have your data transferred

f) to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, hotline: 606-950-000, e-mail: kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl).

Entering the data is voluntary, however, processing of your data is required in order to conduct correspondence and use electronic communications for this purpose.
